About the role
Join an established food business in Hertfordshire as an Assistant Quality Manager. You will lead the QA team and ensure the highest standards of GMP, food safety, and product integrity across the factory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Deliver high levels of GMP, food safety, and product integrity.
- Plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits.
- Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a QA team in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards.
- Commitment to delivering the highest standards of food quality and safety.
