Assistant Sales Manager – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

This position supports the Branch Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of a busy residential estate agency in Bracknell. It offers an experienced estate agent the chance to step into a leadership role, drive sales performance and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with office management and branch performance.
• Generate property valuations, win new instructions and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers and guide sales through to exchange and completion.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential estate agency, preferably at Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager level.
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Well‑organised, target‑driven and able to manage a busy workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
