Property Manager – Customer Service Focus

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, award‑winning property group as a Property Manager in Pride Park, Derby. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of service throughout each tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written communication with tenants and landlords from tenancy start to finish.
• Receive, triage and resolve maintenance requests, or coordinate with landlords and contractors when escalation is needed.
• Log all interactions, provide regular updates via phone, email or text, and maintain accurate records.
• Make wellbeing calls to landlords and ensure compliance with legislation and company processes.
• Coordinate check‑out procedures, including pre‑vacation calls and handling No Deposit Scheme deposits.
• Collaborate with inventory clerks, property management team and branch network to ensure inspections, works completion and invoicing within 21 days.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using phone, email and text communication tools.
• Ability to log notes and manage customer records.
