Assistant Section Manager - Lefties Newcastle

About the role

Lefties, part of the Inditex family of brands, is hiring an Assistant Section Manager in its Newcastle store. This is not a managerial role: you support the Section Manager by coordinating priorities, keeping the shopfloor moving and setting an example through pace, reliability and attitude. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Section Manager with daily priorities, routines and shopfloor organisation
• Help maintain product availability through replenishment, recovery and stock movement
• Support delivery and newness placement so product reaches the shopfloor quickly and accurately
• Keep the section clean, tidy, commercial and easy for customers to shop
• Support fitting rooms, tills, product queries and customer touchpoints when needed
• Help colleagues stay focused during busy moments and escalate issues where needed
• Use store tools and technology for stock checks, product requests and availability support
• Follow company procedures, security routines and Health & Safety guidelines
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
