Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in Pitlochry. You will help drive store performance, ensure a great customer experience and support a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead, train and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support sales targets by monitoring KPIs, managing stock levels and implementing loss‑prevention measures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address feedback promptly and represent the brand positively in the local community.

• Proven retail leadership with a track record of motivating teams.
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage colleagues and customers.
• Results‑driven, energetic and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
