About the role
Footasylum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. This role offers the chance to lead a team, drive sales, and develop the skills needed for future store leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage stock, merchandising, and visual displays to stimulate customer interest.
- Oversee profit protection, P&L control, and day‑to‑day expenses.
- Ensure health, safety and property standards are maintained.
- Support recruitment, training and development of colleagues.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion retail and alignment with Footasylum values.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Organised with a customer‑first mindset.
