About the role
Join VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, as an Assistant Store Manager in Newbury. You will support the store’s performance, lead a team, and help drive sales in a fast‑growing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role.
- Deliver retail sales and ensure the store meets and exceeds targets.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including rota management, store standards, stock control and cash handling.
Required profile
- Experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
