About the role
Join VPZ Newbury as an Assistant Store Manager and support the Store Manager in leading a friendly, high‑performing team. You will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and contribute to the growth of the UK’s leading vape retailer.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their roles.
- Drive retail sales and help the store meet or exceed targets.
- Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, including rota management, time and attendance.
- Maintain store standards, manage stock levels and ensure accurate cash handling.
Required profile
- Experience supervising and managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
