Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Witney)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Witney store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver excellent customer service and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and develop store staff to exceed sales targets.
• Implement promotions, visual merchandising and stock control to maximise sales.
• Create an engaging and fun environment for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain operational standards through audits, budgeting and effective stock management.
• Support flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience, ideally 1+ year.
• Strong passion for customer service and sales.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to undergo training for optional piercing services.
