French Speaking Sales Support Administrator

About the role

An established international business operating in a specialist B2B market with customers on a global scale is looking for a French-speaking Sales Support Administrator based in Witney. The role keeps international sales operations running smoothly while building strong customer and supplier relationships. The advertised salary is up to £30,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations so everything runs smoothly
• Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication
• Keep track of orders and deliveries and help resolve issues along the way
• Handle returns and replacements for faulty products
• Assist with arranging shipments and keep customers updated on delivery progress
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for the French operation
• Support general sales administration and communication between the international offices

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in administration, sales support or customer service
• Able to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
• Calm under pressure, able to think on your feet and find practical solutions
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
• Proactive team player comfortable working across departments
