Assistant Video Producer

About the role

ID2 Media, a leading UK video production company, is seeking a motivated Assistant Video Producer to support a range of high‑profile brand projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across research, creative development, client liaison and production coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Research clients, industries and programme topics to inform content strategy.
• Support creative brainstorming and idea generation for branded films, social campaigns and corporate storytelling.
• Write, review and proofread scripts, copy and project documentation.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and production paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, contributors, filming crews and suppliers.
• Assist with shoot planning, on‑set coordination and post‑production workflows.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks and maintain production schedules.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills and command of English grammar.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Confident interacting with clients, contributors and crew.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for storytelling, media and video production.
