Associate Account Manager – London

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join Fresha’s London team. You will work closely with the Account Manager Team Lead to build relationships with partners and drive monetisation of our AI‑powered beauty and wellness platform.

Key responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for revenue growth by proactively engaging and educating partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
• Introduce, demonstrate and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution throughout the sales cycle.
• Optimise partner listings and availability on the marketplace to maximise conversion rates.
• Act as a dedicated advisor for a portfolio of partner accounts, guiding product adoption and selection.
• Maintain strong partner experience through regular video meetings, relationship building and ongoing support.
