Associate – Asset Finance Broker Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Asset Finance Broker Team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support broker relationships and help drive our asset finance business across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core Asset Finance targets and maximise profitability from existing and prospective panel brokers.
• Build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to grow broker opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with a select panel of brokers, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Contribute to the Asset Finance business strategy and market positioning.
• Support the broader broker ecosystem by identifying and developing new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relationship‑management experience, preferably in banking or asset finance.
• Strong credit and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and self‑management capabilities.
