Associate Buyer – Temporary (12‑week Absence Cover)

About the role

Lotus UK Manufacturing is seeking an Associate Buyer to provide short‑term coverage for up to 12 weeks. This temporary position supports the Purchasing and Supply Department at the Hethel manufacturing site, offering an opportunity to develop procurement skills in a high‑performance automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and place purchase orders on behalf of Lotus.
• Support sourcing activities for a limited range of components and manage supplier relationships.
• Capture data and maintain accurate records for reporting, audit, and supplier capacity planning.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices.
• Assist the Commodity Manager with cost‑down initiatives as directed.
