Associate Category Merchandiser, Cast Iron

About the role

Le Creuset is looking for an Associate Category Merchandiser for its Cast Iron range. The role supports commercial product introductions, promotional planning and analytical activities across Europe and the UK. You will work in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with marketing, finance, supply chain and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product and promotional program planning and implementation across all channels in Europe and the UK.
• Consolidate channel‑specific requirements, insights and identify scalable marketing opportunities.
• Prepare data and materials for range reviews, product lifecycle discussions and maintain tracking tools.
• Monitor competitive landscape, product trends and market performance.
• Partner with sourcing and manufacturing to align innovation timelines with commercial needs.
• Support cross‑channel merchandise planning, analysis and performance reporting.
• Develop analytical skills and become proficient in Power BI.
• Assist with excess inventory tracking and timely stock movement.
