Associate Director – Real Estate Equity Finance

About the role

Gold Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead its real‑estate equity financing activities in Central London. You will be responsible for expanding equity funding lines with private equity firms, family offices, and property developers, and for managing the full lifecycle of equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new equity business and nurture existing client relationships.
• Negotiate and secure equity mandates from both current and prospective clients.
• Structure joint‑venture partnerships and develop investor packs.
• Prepare and review cash‑flow models and other financial documentation.
• Represent the firm at industry events, networking sessions, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver professional advisory services.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real‑estate equity finance, including sourcing and closing deals.
• Experience in structuring joint‑venture partnerships and managing investor relations.
• Strong understanding of equity funding sources such as private equity, family offices, and developers.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging team support.
