Associate – Executive Search

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our London office, supporting executive search projects for the global investment management sector. The role offers early responsibility, exposure to senior professionals and a fast‑track career path in a merit‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industries, market dynamics and talent pools.
• Map markets and develop detailed knowledge of firms, sectors and individual professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and emerging talent.
• Prepare high‑quality client reports and tailored project analyses.
• Contribute to search delivery and support business development activities as needed.

Required profile

• Strong academic performance (expected or achieved 2:1 or above).
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and professional maturity.
• Ability to influence, persuade and understand individual motivations.
• Confidence engaging with senior professionals.
