Associate Growth Marketer

About the role

Codax is seeking an Associate Growth Marketer to support client accounts across its signal‑based ABM platform. You will create and execute marketing campaigns, manage HubSpot operations, and help build the channels that generate pipeline. This is a hands‑on position with early ownership of key growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write and produce marketing content including LinkedIn posts, ad copy, landing pages, email sequences and sales collateral.
• Manage HubSpot day‑to‑day tasks: lists, workflows, campaign tracking, lead routing and reporting.
• Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns, handling audience building, creative testing and budget management.
• Build and scale marketing channels, from outbound sequences to new acquisition experiments.
• Report monthly performance, provide actionable recommendations and insights.
• Collaborate directly with client teams and external design partners to move projects from brief to publication.

Required profile

• Approximately two years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an agency or SaaS environment.
• Strong writing skills capable of translating technical topics into clear, compelling copy.
• Comfortable working across multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to pull numbers, identify trends and act on insights.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in HubSpot (lists, workflows, reporting).
• Hands‑on experience running LinkedIn ad campaigns with real budgets.
• Familiarity with outbound tooling such as Smartlead, Heyreach or Apollo.
• Basic design ability using Canva or Figmar.
