Associate Partnerships Manager (3 Month Fixed Term)

About the role

Condé Nast, a global media publisher with brands such as Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Condé Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, Wired, The World of Interiors, House & Garden and Tatler, is hiring an Associate Partnerships Manager in London. The role manages and maintains media licensing partnerships, overseeing day-to-day operations for global partners, implementing new processes and workflows, and working with Editorial, Creative, Education, Operations and Business Development teams. It is a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, communicating updates and support while keeping internal systems, lists and trackers updated.
• Help prepare partner-facing materials such as decks, schedules and meeting recaps.
• Support partner onboarding, launch planning and workflows, including logistics, asset and print distribution and internal setup in shared folders and tools.
• Build a deep understanding of each partner's market and activities, and hold regular check-ins, communications and reviews.
• Maintain and share partner-specific requirements, brand guidelines and workflow protocols.
• Provide ad hoc team support.

Required profile

• Experience working with global partners (additional languages a bonus).
• Experience in the editorial or licensing industry strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback and guiding partners toward on-brand solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
