Associate Product Manager - Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager to join our Flexibility Products team, working across both our in‑house OTA brands and major B2B partners. You will support our travel insurance and underwriting portfolio, covering strategy, partnerships, coverage design, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Travel Insurance PM in delivering the product roadmap, strategy and commercial performance across in‑house brands and B2B partners.
• Own insurance initiatives from requirements through to implementation, including documentation, epics and features.
• Assist with insurer sourcing, partner evaluation, onboarding and relationship management.
• Ensure underwriting and regulatory compliance governance across product design and customer journeys.
• Track portfolio performance metrics such as insurance revenue, attach rate and compliance.
• Conduct market and competitive research, support experimentation and A/B testing.
• Provide forecasting, profitability analysis and crisis response coordination for claims or underwriting escalations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, insurance/underwriting operations or a related commercial role.
• Self‑organized, proactive and detail‑oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• High level of responsibility and integrity, comfortable in a multicultural, fast‑changing environment.
