About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow office. You will be part of Creideas Launchpad, a structured development programme that equips you with the knowledge and skills to match talented candidates with exciting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
Learn market sectors, understand hiring challenges and business needs.
Identify, attract and present high‑quality talent to clients.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Develop commercial and sales capabilities through client engagement.

Required profile

Motivation to start a career in recruitment without prior experience.
Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Goal‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Starting salary of £27,000 plus monthly commission.
