Associate Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our executive search team focused on the US construction and infrastructure sector. Based in Leeds, you will support senior‑level placements for large‑scale projects, working closely with senior leaders and C‑suite professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior construction professionals across the United States.
• Map organisations, build talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships.
• Lead the full candidate process for executive‑level placements, from screening to offer negotiation.
• Support retained search mandates for leading construction firms.

Required profile

• Graduate or sales background with strong communication skills.
• Interest in the US market and executive‑level hiring.
• Highly driven, competitive and comfortable working in a target‑based environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to research and map organisations.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.

What we offer

• £27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE up to £40,000).
• Commission up to 35% of fees with no cap.
