Associate Recruitment Consultant - Sales

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing sales recruitment team in London. You will work at the cutting edge of advanced engineering and technology hiring, supporting clients that develop autonomous vehicles, drones, space technology and robotics.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for sales‑focused engineering roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage your candidate database and track progress against monthly revenue targets.
• Develop expertise in your specialist sector and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated or proven B2B/phone‑based sales experience.
• Ambitious, resilient and results‑driven with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement in academics, sport, societies or part‑time work.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; training on recruitment software and tools will be provided.
