Associate Recruitment Consultant – Trainee (London)

About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking motivated individuals to join our fast‑growing team as Associate Recruitment Consultants in London. This is a full‑time, sales‑driven position where you will act as the vital link between candidates and client organisations across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and engaging potential client companies.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to client hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and provide regular updates to clients.
• Achieve personal and team revenue targets while delivering excellent candidate experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Honest, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
