Associate / Senior Associate – Residential Property Law

About the role

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Residential Property team in Norwich. The role involves handling a mix of routine and high‑value residential conveyancing matters, supporting both private and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act for high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate entities on purchase, sale and financing of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Manage complex and high‑value residential transactions, including high‑end market deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local estate agents and high‑end property finders.
• Provide mainstream residential conveyancing support to the wider practice.
• Offer technical assistance to Norwich team members and contribute to the firm’s AI‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• Established presence in the Norwich residential property market.
• Proactive business‑development mindset with the ability to grow the practice.
• Forward‑thinking attitude and willingness to adopt new technologies, particularly AI.
