Attendance Officer - Part-time (Permanent)

About the Role

Join Don Valley Academy, a high-performing educational institution, as an Attendance Officer starting September 2026. This permanent part-time position offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated attendance team, either as an autonomous role or in collaboration with the Attendance Co‑ordinator, to ensure the highest standards of student engagement and administrative excellence.

Main Missions

• Manage and administer student attendance records and lesson tracking with high precision.
• Produce detailed attendance charts, statistical reports, and essential evidence for legal proceedings, fines, or penalties.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, word processing, and reprography.
• Handle document filing, record keeping, and the drafting of professional reports, letters, and meeting minutes.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the academy's administrative functions.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills for drafting formal correspondence and reports.
