Audio‑Visual Apprentice – Meeting Room Support

About the role

We are looking for an Audio‑Visual Apprentice to join our in‑house support team at Lockton’s London office. You will help ensure our meeting rooms are equipped with reliable audio‑visual technology, providing a seamless experience for staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, test and maintain audio‑visual equipment in meeting rooms.
• Perform daily room checks and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service‑desk tickets related to AV issues, adhering to technology SLAs.
• Escalate complex problems and provide coverage for team members as needed.
• Assist with ad‑hoc AV tasks and support other technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing attitude with good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance industry principles and corporate environments.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• Familiarity with audio‑visual technologies and meeting‑room equipment.
