Audit and Accounts Semi‑Senior (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Audit and Accounts Semi‑Senior to join our supportive team in Beaconsfield. You will work on a mix of larger client assignments and smaller projects, developing your technical expertise while progressing towards professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior auditors on larger engagements by completing allocated tasks and incorporating feedback.
• Run smaller assignments independently, delivering work to the required standard for managers and supervisors.
• Delegate tasks to trainees, provide ongoing feedback and act as a role model.
• Manage study commitments to pass ACA exams, meeting all deadlines and IPD programme requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in audit and accounts practice.
• Currently studying towards the ACA qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and technical audit proficiency.
• Effective team management and communication skills.
• Confidence working alongside senior management.
