Audit Senior

About the role

Our client, a top‑60 advisory‑led professional services firm, is expanding its Audit & Assurance practice. The Audit Senior will work hands‑on with a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed and mid‑market businesses, delivering high‑quality audits and statutory accounts while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts and audit documentation for review.
• Plan, execute and complete audit assignments from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout engagements.
• Deliver work within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Support group audits and multi‑entity assignments.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the team.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Relevant practice experience with audit and accounts exposure.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
