Audit Senior Manager

About the role

Pro-Finance is looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead its audit practice in Manchester. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse client portfolio, drive business development and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries.
• Assist in the effective management and operation of the audit department.
• Contribute to workflow planning and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support the firm’s growth objectives through business development activities.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong audit experience within a professional practice.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of audit clients.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience auditing across a variety of sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
