About the role
We are seeking an experienced Audio‑Visual (AV) Assistant to support a leading law firm in Central London. The role involves ensuring that meeting rooms are equipped with reliable AV solutions and that clients receive a seamless technical experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and configure AV equipment (projectors, video‑conferencing systems, sound systems) for meetings and events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults quickly to minimise disruption.
- Maintain and test AV hardware regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with light lifting of equipment and manage inventory.
- Provide courteous, client‑facing support during meetings.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a professional office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating and configuring AV equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and fix AV technical issues.
