Azure Integration Developer

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, is hiring an Azure Integrations Developer for its Finance Systems Development and Support Team. The team supports the core EMEA finance system (Aderant Sierra), covering time, billing, expenses, vendors, tax and reporting. The role designs, develops and maintains cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services, building scalable, secure and maintainable integration workflows and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration solutions for the FMS ecosystem.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to turn integration requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations across systems, applications and data sources, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with business partners and testers on UAT, and resolve issues and errors.
• Provide second- and third-tier analysis and support of financial applications until tickets are closed.
• Maintain documentation for business requirements, effort estimates, system specifications, data mapping and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Degree in computer science or software engineering, or 5+ years of similar experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and development skills.
• Able to communicate with IT, finance operations and third-party providers.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Ideal: familiarity with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Ideal: Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Willingness to upskill through training, discretion and confidentiality, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Azure Logic Apps Standard, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
