B2B PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning Manchester marketing and communications agency, is seeking a proactive B2B PR Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager) to lead and grow client relationships across construction, tech, manufacturing and related sectors. You will work from their Northern Quarter office four days a week and enjoy one remote day.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage PR, digital and creative campaigns that align with client objectives.
• Act as the primary trusted partner for B2B clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑impact results.
• Collaborate closely with account directors, executives and a dedicated digital specialist on PPC and SEO initiatives.
• Maintain strong media relations, securing coverage in relevant trade and business outlets.
• Coach and support junior team members to uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced PR/marketing or similar agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage B2B accounts in construction, tech, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, copy‑writing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
