Band 4 Electrician – Mobile Role in London

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Band 4 Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities team on a mobile basis across multiple sites in London. The role involves delivering electrical maintenance, installations and repairs while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out new works, repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and support small installation projects.
• Escort and assist contractors during inspections or installation works.
• Maintain accurate tool inventories and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory policies.
• Travel to any London site as required, using own vehicle or company van.

Required profile

• City & Guilds Part II or NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Services (Level 3 preferred).
• Proven experience with a wide range of electrical systems and installations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous NHS or healthcare environment experience is desirable.
• Full UK manual driving licence and own tools & PPE.
