About the role

Join a leading NHS Trust as a Band 5 Registered Nurse on agency shifts in Chertsey. You will provide high‑quality nursing care across acute hospital settings, supporting patients during long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient‑centred nursing care in acute environments.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety and clinical governance standards.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Active NMC registration.
• Minimum 2 years NHS nursing experience.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Up‑to‑date mandatory training.
• Strong communication and patient care abilities.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to declare any DBS convictions.
