About the role
Join Elysium's staff bank as a Healthcare Assistant at Ann House in Kendal. Work flexible 12.5‑hour shifts on a zero‑hour contract, choosing the days and times that suit you via a simple app.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Assist residents in daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker in the UK.
- Positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance.
- Willingness to work weekdays, nights and weekends on a flexible basis.
- Completed a paid two‑week induction programme.
