Bank Hospital Cleaner – Night Shift

About the role

Cleveland Clinic London is recruiting Hospital Cleaners for night shifts on a bank basis, working within the Environmental Services Team to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices and public areas including restrooms.
• Vacuum, dust, clean surfaces and mop floors to ensure general upkeep.
• Maintain hard floor and carpet surfaces – buffing, scrubbing, carpet shampoo and daily maintenance.
• Follow hygiene standards and infection‑control requirements.
• Manage linen and laundry processes.
• Handle waste management according to hospital protocols.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to speak and write English.
• Recent housekeeping/cleaning experience in a healthcare setting.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to self‑prioritise.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift, stretch and use cleaning chemicals safely.
