About the role

Join HCRG Care Group as a Bank Occupational Therapist delivering high‑quality assessments and interventions for children across Surrey. This flexible, bank‑staff position allows you to self‑book shifts and enjoy a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct school‑based assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide tailored advice and interventions for children with diverse developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in partnership with families and carers.
• Recommend and support the use of specialist equipment for home and school settings.
• Liaise with health, education, social‑care and voluntary sector professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate sensitively with children and families, adapting approaches to each situation.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children and young people in educational or community settings.
• Compassionate, motivated and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
