Bank Receptionist – Flexible Part‑Time Role

About the role
This casual, part‑time bank receptionist position is based in a Barchester care home in Maidstone. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment while providing flexible cover for staff absences.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries.
- Greet and sign‑in visitors, ensuring a friendly reception area.
- Show prospective residents and their families around the facility.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as typing, photocopying and filing.
- Maintain the reception desk tidy and organised.
Required profile
- Professional, caring and courteous demeanor.
- Well‑organised with a genuine interest in residents’ wellbeing.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- No formal qualifications required.
