Bank Speech & Language Therapist – South East Surrey

About the role

Join HCRG Care Group as a Bank Speech & Language Therapist working with preschool children across South East Surrey. You will deliver evidence‑based assessments, diagnoses and interventions for children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) in early years settings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat children with SLCN in nurseries, Family Hubs and family homes.
• Provide training, support and collaborative guidance to parents, carers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Self‑book bank shifts and manage time‑off requests up to six weeks in advance.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (Band 5) with experience in early years settings.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites and adapt to hybrid working arrangements.
• Strong communication skills for parent and professional engagement.
