Bar Staff – Hospitality Role at Birmingham Airport

About the role

Join a lively team at a Wetherspoon pub located in Birmingham Airport, serving food and drinks to passengers and staff. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks and food to specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food promptly, check back with customers, and clear tables within set timeframes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and ‘clean as you go’ hygiene across the venue.
• Perform ancillary duties such as glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor cleaning, and beer‑garden upkeep.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Calm under pressure and able to work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.35 (plus £1 extra per hour for midnight‑5.59 am shifts).
