About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable moments for guests, whether you are pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food. You will work in a lively, inclusive pub environment where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, heartfelt experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable bar service.
• Prepare and present beverages to specification.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar area and address any issues promptly.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every drink is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
