Key responsibilities

• Be the face of the pub, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and upsell menu items.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the wider team by assisting with cleaning, stock replenishment and other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible, part‑time hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
• Basic food safety and hygiene awareness.
