Bar & Waiting Staff – Pub Service

About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will help create memorable moments for guests in a lively, country‑style pub environment. You’ll be responsible for serving drinks, recommending selections and ensuring a friendly, safe atmosphere throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Provide drink recommendations and answer menu queries.
• Prepare and present beverages to specification, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant bar area.
• Assist with greeting and seating guests, and support the dining floor as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when pouring drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.
