Bar & Waiting Staff – Pub Team Member

About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Metro Pubs, you will help create memorable experiences for guests, whether you are pouring a pint, recommending a drink, or serving food. You will work in a fun, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills and grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide insider knowledge behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification and customer expectations.
• Greet guests, serve food, and look after customers throughout their visit.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

• Willingness to learn and expand your hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
