About the role
Join Costa Coffee at Edinburgh Castle, delivering great coffee and memorable experiences to customers. This 25‑hour per week barista role offers flexible shifts to suit both your needs and the store’s schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Serve high‑quality coffee and provide an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and maintain high standards of product preparation.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store operates at its best.

- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed with strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Required skills
