Barista – Customer-focused Coffee Specialist

About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Carlisle as a Barista, where you will create great coffee and memorable experiences for every guest. You will work flexible shifts that suit both your personal needs and the store’s operating hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other menu items.
- Deliver an energising, friendly customer experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
