Barista – Deliver Premium Coffee & Service

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Costa Coffee team in Carnforth. As a Barista you will craft high‑quality coffee drinks and provide a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages using Costa’s standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.
• Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Restock supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.
• Maintain equipment and follow health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service targets.
