About the role

Join the Costa Coffee team in Bury as a Barista, where you will craft high‑quality coffee drinks in a fast‑moving environment while creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty drinks quickly and accurately.
• Engage with customers, remembering regulars’ names and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and health‑and‑safety standards throughout the store.
• Learn and promote Costa’s product range, including food and bottled beverages.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations during opening hours.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, can‑do mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Willingness to learn and follow training programmes.
