About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Chester as a Barista and help create great coffee moments for our customers. You’ll work flexible shifts that fit both your schedule and the store’s needs while delivering a warm, energising experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold Costa’s brand values and health‑and‑safety procedures.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a calm, composed approach.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality service.

- Hourly rate of £13.12 – £14.12 (location dependent).
